Payment & Refund Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in the class and must be paid immediately.  One month prior to the class start date, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Payment is due within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Failure to submit full payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot in the class.

In the event of extenuating or emergency circumstances—such as personal illness, family emergencies involving illness or death, or inclement weather occurring within one week prior to the start of the class—refund requests must be discussed directly with Lucy. All such requests must be communicated to Lucy directly and submitted in writing.
