Cancellation Policy
As a veteran, army wife, and mother, I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. My time, much like yours, is valuable. In my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients, the following policies are honored:
6 hour advance notice is required when canceling an in-studio appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 6 hour advance notice you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-call/no-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment. More than one no-show and all future appointments must be pre-paid.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please give me a courtesy call as soon as possible. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Mobile Massage
12 hour advance notice is required when canceling a mobile massage appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. Please note that your therapist travels to your location, and last-minute cancellations can result in lost time and expense. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Corporate Chair Massage
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling chair massage services. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hour notice you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Please note that your therapist travels to your location, and last-minute cancellations can result in lost time and expense. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
